Cristin Lind is an avid student of the art of working with purpose and with joy. Through her consulting and training business, Clearwater Productivity, she helps busy professionals trade urgency and chaos for focus and energy, enabling a higher level of performance and fulfillment. 

 

Cristin is the first to admit that she wasn’t ‘born organized’—but acknowledges that learning to become so has led to a richer life. The ideas and insights she shares with her clients are gathered from a wide variety of sources—from research in the fields of neuroscience, psychology, history and business to her own extensive experience as a manager of projects, processes and people.

Cristin is a member of the Network for Productivity Excellence and is a certified GO System trainer. She specializes in teaching busy, creative professionals in healthcare and higher education, and her clients include groups and individuals at Harvard University, Dartmouth College, Massachusetts General Hospital, Partners Healthcare, MIT, Boston University and Eli Lilly.
